Wed., April 16 - 12pm:   Tittabawassee River water levels are going down - the water's currently at 26.6 feet, compared to yesterday's high of 28.3 feet.

As of this morning, Valley Drive and Vance Road are reopened. Harlow is open to access the hospital from Sugnet from the east. Ann Street is reopened, but the Farmers Market and parking areas near there remain closed. Sugnet is now completely open. Main Street is open from Saginaw Rd. to University Drive (old Cook Rd.)
