City Hall News is a free weekly electronic newsletter published by the City of Midland.

If you choose to subscribe to City Hall News, the electronic newsletter will be posted to your e-mail address late in the day each Friday. Information such as press releases, meeting notices, reminders of upcoming events and other important information that affects city residents will be communicated directly to your computer. As a subscriber to City Hall News, you will also be online to receive urgent notices for situations concerning the City of Midland and its services.

To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change settings to City Hall News, simply click on the New Subscriber / Unsubscribe link above.  Clicking on this link will open a new window with instructions on how to subscribe. There is a join button at the top of the page as well as at the bottom; please click on only one. Clicking on both will generate a duplicate subscription. 

Please note that the settings (subscription type, mail header style, acknowledgements and miscellaneous) should remain in their default configuration. In the future, if you choose to temporarily disable your subscription, you may change the miscellaneous default setting to "no mail".

If you wish to view previous editions of City Hall News, you may access the archived editions by clicking on the City Hall News Archives link above. Then click on the link to the appropriate month. To get to that month's newsletters, you must login with an e-mail address and a password. If you do not have a password, simply click on the "get a new password link" on the Login Required page.
