SCHEDULED POWER OUTAGE AT THE LIBRARY TONIGHT

The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will experience a scheduled power outage beginning at 10 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13 and lasting through 6 a.m. Friday. As a result of this outage, programming and message board information will be suspended on MCTV Channels 3 and 15 and MGTV Channel 5.
