DEDICATION CEREMONY FOR
THEIS PARK AND HILLSIDE SUBDIVISION

The community is invited to take part in a dedication ceremony for Theis Park and Hillside Subdivision on Tuesday, Sept. 11. The event will be held at Theis Park, located at the end of Bradley Ct. off Jefferson Ave. The program begins at 2:15 p.m. with refreshments served immediately after.

Hillside is a subdivision comprised of 14 homes constructed through the City of Midland CHOICE (Creating Housing Options in Challenging Economies) Program. The CHOICE program, administered by the City of Midland Planning Department, and with the assistance of many local and federal organizations, helps families afford the rising cost of purchasing a new home by providing down payment assistance to low and moderate income households on the purchase of a newly constructed or rehabilitated CHOICE home.
