BEGINS TUESDAY, APRIL 2
Midland’s
citizens, business owners and developers are invited to participate in an
interactive discussion on how to update Midland’s subdivision and zoning
ordinances during the Community Development Toolbox meeting scheduled for
Tuesday, April 2 at 7 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 333 W. Ellsworth.
Professional
planners from the consulting group of McKenna Associates of Northville,
Michigan will lead participants through a discussion to help identify the
development issues that are most important to Midland citizens, businesses and
developers.
Community
input at this first session will set the stage for “Nuts and Bolts” sessions
that will address these specific issues and help shape revisions to Midland’s
Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance.
The
Nuts and Bolts Sessions are scheduled for 7 p.m. on May 22, June 4, and June 26
in City Council Chambers.
