NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH CONFERENCE
SATURDAY, AUGUST 23

On Saturday, August 23 the Midland Police Department will host a Neighborhood Watch Conference to help residents to learn more about the Neighborhood Watch program.

The conference will be held in the Law Enforcement Center training room on Saturday, August 23 from 10 am until 3 pm.

Current Neighborhood Watch members and prospective new members will obtain relevant and useful information about how to organize, conduct and maintain a successful Neighborhood Watch program. Representatives from Midland’s Police Department will discuss Neighborhood Watch organizational standards as well as how to report crime in Watch areas.

There is no cost for the conference, however advanced registration is required. Registration forms are available at the Midland Police Department, 2727 Rodd St. or on the City of Midland website at www.midland-mi.org. Participants may also e-mail their attendance to Community Relations Officer Chad Schieber at cschiebe@midland-mi.org. Please include your name, address and phone number.
