CURRIE PARKWAY BRIDGE AND CURRIE PARKWAY

PROJECT BEGINNING OCTOBER 7

Currie Parkway Bridge will be closed for concrete deck repair and maintenance to the bridge approaches beginning Thursday, October 7 with completion scheduled for Monday, November 1. In addition, Currie Parkway will be closed to through traffic for the duration of the project.

A detour route utilizing Isabella and Main streets will be posted.

With the 2004 construction season well underway, motorists are encouraged to sign up for weekly and last-minute construction updates by subscribing to City Hall News on the City of Midland website at www.midland-mi.org under the “What’s New/Updates” heading. Motorists may also check the construction page on the City of Midland website for construction detour maps and details. Look for this on the City of Midland website under the “What’s New/Updates” heading.
