WATER MAIN INSTALLATION PROJECT ON
SUGNET
ROAD, ST.
ANDREWS ROAD AND PLYMOUTH
PARK DRIVE BEGINS MONDAY
Portions of Sugnet Road, St. Andrews Road and Plymouth Park Drive near Plymouth Park will be closed intermittently beginning Monday,
August 2 to install a water main that will help increase water pressure in the
northeast section of the city. The project is expected to be completed by the
end of September.
On Monday, August 2, Sugnet Road between St. Andrews Road and Lancaster Street will be closed to through traffic for the day.
Motorists should use Lancaster Street and East St. Andrews Road as a detour route.
On Tuesday, August 3, it is
expected that the project will continue along St. Andrews Road from Sugnet Road north to the Plymouth Park water tower. St. Andrews Road will be closed intermittently from August 3 until
approximately September 24.
With the 2004 construction
season well underway, motorists are encouraged to sign up for weekly and
last-minute construction updates by subscribing to City Hall News on the City

under the e-news heading. Motorists may also check the construction page on the
City of Midland website for construction detour maps and details.
