STURGEON AVENUE OVERPASS OF US-10

CLOSED FOR A MONTH

The Sturgeon Avenue overpass of US-10 between Wackerly Street and Airport Road will be closed to all traffic starting Wednesday, Sept. 15 for a Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) construction project. The project will primarily involve repairing and overlaying the existing concrete surface of the overpass. Closure will be in effect for the duration of the project. 

Weather permitting, MDOT estimates this project will be completed by Oct. 15.

MDOT will post detour routes utilizing Airport Road, Eastman Avenue and Wackerly Street.
