SECTION OF SOUTHBOUND EASTMAN AVENUE REDUCED

TO ONE LANE STARTING MONDAY

Beginning on Monday, August 8, southbound Eastman Avenue from Joe Mann Boulevard to 500 feet north will be reduced to one lane for a sanitary sewer extension project. The two southbound lanes will be diverted to the center turn lane around the construction zone.

The two lanes are expected to be reopened by Friday, August 12.

With the 2005 construction season now underway, motorists are encouraged to sign up for weekly and last-minute construction updates by subscribing to City Hall News on the City of Midland website at www.midland-mi.org under the “What’s New/Updates” heading.
