FORMS WEB PAGE ADDED TO

CITY OF MIDLAND WEBSITE

Need to fill out a City of Midland petition for zoning map amendment form? How about an application for a job opening at the City?

Midland citizens can now fill out and/or download many departmental forms from the City’s website (www.midland-mi.org) with the aid of an easy-to-use forms web page.

In keeping with Midland City Council goals and input from citizens who have asked for more and easier access to City information via the Internet, the new forms web page provides links to commonly used City forms such as zoning and land use forms, applications for senior housing apartments, and a handy “Ask the Librarian” form for the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library.

Many forms are interactive and can be filled out at your computer keyboard with the help of Adobe® Reader® software (which is downloadable for free from www.adobe.com). These interactive PDF® forms make it easier to fill out forms before printing them out, signing them (if necessary), and returning them to the appropriate City offices and departments.

Some forms are built right into the website, and can be sent back to the appropriate City department with the click of a “Submit” button. Other forms can be printed out to local desktop printers for ease of use.

Web users are encouraged to bookmark the City’s forms web page and to continue to reference the page for new forms.

The forms page can be accessed via the City’s Home page, the Updates page under the “What’s New” navigation bar, and – under the “Services” header – the Other Services web page.

Call the City Manager’s Office at 989-837-3307 with any questions about the new page.
