GEORGE STREET REDUCED TO ONE LANE

UNTIL OCTOBER 18

One lane on George Street between Ellsworth and Buttles streets will remain closed until next Tuesday, October 18 for a pavement repair project that was expected to be complete by Friday, October 14. The continued lane closure will allow newly installed concrete more time to cure.

With the 2005 construction season still underway, motorists are encouraged to sign up for weekly and last-minute construction updates by subscribing to City Hall News on the City of Midland website at www.midland-mi.org under the “What’s New/Updates” heading.
