MARK PUTNAM BRIDGE TO UNDERGO

MAINTENANCE

The Mark Putnam Bridge, located at the north end of Poseyville Road between Ellsworth and St. Charles streets, will be reduced to one lane in each direction beginning Monday, October 24 to accommodate bridge maintenance activities. 

Related work on the project is expected to be completed within three weeks, weather permitting.

With the 2005 construction season still underway, motorists are encouraged to sign up for weekly and last-minute construction updates by subscribing to City Hall News on the City of Midland website at www.midland-mi.org under the “What’s New/Updates” heading. Motorists may also check the construction updates page on the City of Midland website for construction detour maps and details. Look under the “What’s New/Updates” heading.
