LANE CLOSED ON
NORTHGATE DRIVE UNTIL JULY

On Tuesday, May 31, road reconstruction work will begin on Northgate Drive between Wackerly Street and Jefferson Avenue. 

The street will reduced to one lane for storm sewer installation and street paving. 

Motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route to avoid congestion and delays. The project is expected to be completed by mid-July. 

With the 2005 construction season now underway, motorists are encouraged to sign up for weekly and last-minute construction updates by subscribing to City Hall News on the City of Midland website at www.midland-mi.org under the “What’s New/Updates” heading. Motorists may also check the construction updates page on the City of Midland website for construction detour maps and details. Look under the “What’s New/Updates” heading.
