WACKERLY STREET REDUCED TO ONE LANE

FOR PAVING OPERATIONS ON MONDAY

Because of inclement weather, paving operations on Wackerly Street from Jefferson to Siebert streets originally planned for this week will be completed on Monday, September 26, weather permitting. Wackerly will be reduced to one lane for this work.

Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes around the construction to avoid traffic congestion and delays.

All lanes will be reopened by Monday evening.

With the 2005 construction season still underway, motorists are encouraged to sign up for weekly and last-minute construction updates by subscribing to City Hall News on the City of Midland website at www.midland-mi.org under the “What’s New/Updates” heading.
