GEORGE STREET REDUCED TO ONE LANE

STARTING THURSDAY

Beginning Thursday, October 13, George Street will be reduced to one lane between Ellsworth and Buttles streets for pavement repairs.

It is anticipated that the lane will be reopened by Friday evening, October 14.

With the 2005 construction season still underway, motorists are encouraged to sign up for weekly and last-minute construction updates by subscribing to City Hall News on the City of Midland website at www.midland-mi.org under the “What’s New/Updates” heading. Motorists may also check the construction updates page on the City of Midland website for construction detour maps and details. Look under the “What’s New/Updates” heading.
