INCREASE YOUR TEST-TAKING SKILLS

WITH THE AID OF A NEW LIBRARY PROGRAM

The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library has a new, interactive online learning program that helps patrons, students and adult learners improve their test-taking abilities. On Monday, September 25, the LearningExpress Library will be featured during an open house scheduled from 4-8 p.m. on the lower level of the library.

The LearningExpress Library provides practice tests and tutorial course series designed to help people succeed on academic or licensing tests. The system provides users with immediate scoring on practice tests, complete answer explanations, and an individualized analysis of test results.

During the open house, patrons will be able to try out an online practice test before taking the real thing.  Librarians will show users how to create an account, get started in the program and save the results.

A wide range of tests are available, including ASVAB, SAT, ACT, GED, Civil Service, Police and Fire, Postal Worker, Corrections, EMT and Nursing.

Call the Library at 989-837-3430 for more information, or visit the Library’s website at www.midland-mi.org.
