FALL LEAF AND YARD WASTE COLLECTION

SEASON NEARS COMPLETION

With winter weather now upon us, it’s time to put away the rakes and bring out the snow shovels. It’s also time to start wrapping up fall leaf and yard waste collections for the year.

Bulk leaf collection in the city of Midland has ended, and yard waste collection in bins and kraft paper compost bags will continue until further notice.

Residents who wish to dispose of any remaining leaves or yard waste should place them in kraft paper compost bags or City yard waste bins. Bins and bags should be placed at the curb on your weekly refuse collection day. The 25-cent yard waste collection stickers are not required for this final collection.
