AGENDA PACKETS FOR CITY

BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE

 

September 7, 2007 – In an effort to provide more information for our citizens, and in keeping with Midland City Council goals, documentation that accompanies agendas for City of Midland boards and commissions meetings is now available online.

 

Along with an agenda for each board or commission meeting, reports, unapproved resolutions, letters of transmittal and/or other accompanying documents will be posted to the City’s website by 5 p.m. on the Friday before each board or commission meeting.  These documents are the same materials that board/commission members receive before each meeting and use to make decisions.

 

Agenda packets for these boards and commissions will be posted online:

·      Aviation Advisory Commission

·      Cable Access Advisory Commission

·      Dial-A-Ride Advisory Commission

·      Library Board

·      Parks & Recreation Commission

·      Planning Commission

·      West Main Street Historic District Commission

·      Zoning Board of Appeals

 

For ease of opening and printing, packets will be saved in Adobe PDF format.

 

Meetings of the above City boards and commissions are televised live and then replayed on MGTV, Cable Channel 5.  City meetings may also be viewed via streaming video on the City’s website.
