NEW COMMERCE DRIVE EXTENSION

OPEN TO TRAFFIC BEGINNING WEDNESDAY

October 26, 2007 – By Wednesday, October 31, the roadway extension of Commerce Drive from just east of Elisenal Drive to Jefferson Avenue will be completed and open to traffic, weather permitting.

The new roadway completes an east/west connection between Eastman and Jefferson avenues north of US-10 and provides an alternate means for accessing the Midland Mall area and other key destinations on the north end of Midland.
