– The 2007 Haunted
Forest, presented by the Midland Parks and Recreation Department, will be
held at the Midland
City Forest
Friday, October 19 through Sunday, October 21.
Patrons
can visit the Haunted
Forest from 7:15 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
No one will be allowed to line up after 9:30 p.m. each night.
The Haunted Forest is a 20-minute trek in a dark,
wooded forest and is recommended for children eight years and older (PG-8),
with parental discretion advised. Admission
to the Haunted Forest is $4.00 for adults (12 and older)
and $2.00 for children (11 and under). All proceeds will benefit the Midland Special
Olympics.
The City Forest
is located on Monroe Road,
1/4 mile west of Eastman Avenue.
Refreshments of cider, cookies, hot
chocolate and popcorn will be available at the City Forest Chalet.
