CITY’S ONLINE WATER BILL AND PARKING TICKET PAYMENT

SYSTEM UNAVAILABLE WHILE UPDATES TAKE PLACE

December 5, 2007 – On Saturday, December 8, from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m., citizens should refrain from making online water bill and parking ticket payments and viewing tax information via the City of Midland website while the City’s computer system undergoes a system upgrade.

Water customers and those interested in paying City of Midland-issued parking tickets online will be able to conduct transactions on the City’s website (www.midland-mi.org) after 8 p.m. on Saturday. Credit cards (MasterCard or Visa) and electronic checks may be used to pay City of Midland water bills and parking tickets online.

The City’s tax information website will also return to service after 8 p.m.

Online water bill payment questions may be directed to the Water Billing Department at 989-837-3341. For parking ticket and tax inquiries, contact the Treasurer’s Department at 989-837-3315.
