VOICEMAIL SYSTEM DIFFICULTIES

CAUSE MESSAGE LOSSES

September 14, 2007 – The City of Midland voicemail system was out of service part of Tuesday and all day Wednesday of this week due to technical difficulties relating to a system upgrade. Because of the outage, all messages left on the system from approximately 10 p.m. on Tuesday, September 11 to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12 were lost.

Callers who left a message at a City extension during that time frame are encouraged to contact the City employee or office again to ensure that their message is received.
