MIDLAND CIVIC ARENA PUBLIC ICE SCHEDULE

 

December 26, 2008 – ICE SKATING – The public ice skating schedule at the Midland Civic Arena for the month of January is as follows.  Exceptions are noted.

 

Monday – Friday hours:      12:00 p.m. – 1:40 p.m.

 

Saturday hours:                    12:00 p.m. – 1:40 p.m.

                                                  6:45 p.m. – 8:25 p.m.

 

Sunday hours:                         7:30 p.m. – 9:10 p.m.

 

Additions:

•     Friday, January 16              8:30 p.m. – 10:10 p.m.

•     Sunday, January 18           12:15 p.m. – 1:55 p.m.

•     Friday, January 23              8:15 p.m. – 9:55 p.m.

•     Sunday, January 25           12:00 p.m. – 1:40 p.m.

•     Friday, January 30              8:15 p.m. – 9:55 p.m.

 

Cancellations:

•     Thursday, January 1          Closed for New Year’s Day

 

Changes:

•     Friday, January 2              11:00 a.m. – 8:10 p.m.            Extended Hours

•     Saturday, January 3          12:30 p.m. – 1:50 p.m.

•     Saturday, January 10          7:30 p.m. – 9:10 p.m.

•     Sunday, January 25                No 7:30 p.m. skate

•     Saturday, January 31        12:15 p.m. – 1:35 p.m.

 

General admission for ice skating is $4.00 for adults and $3.00 for youth 18 & under and seniors 60 & over.  Children 4 and under are free.  A skating pass for 25 admissions is available for $85.00 for adults and $65.00 for youth 18 & under and seniors 60 & over.  The Civic Arena also


rents ice skates at $2.00 per pair.  Skate sharpening is $4.00 per pair of skates.  Admission is available at the Arena Pro Shop.

 

ADULT DROP-IN HOCKEY will also be available in January at the Midland Civic Arena.  Cost for Adult Drop-in Hockey is $5.  Dates and times are indicated below:

•     Saturday, January 3                        5:00 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.

•     Saturday, January 10                      9:00 p.m. – 10:15 p.m.

•     Saturday, January 17                      8:45 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

•     Friday, January 23                          9:00 p.m. – 10:15 p.m.

•     Saturday, January 24                      7:00 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.

•     Friday, January 30                          9:30 p.m. – 10:45 p.m.

•     Saturday, January 31                      8:45 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
